Really bad customer service. Not organized in any manner whatsoever. The employees watch you like a hawk, as if I'd even want to steal their low quality crap. They are way overpriced and unfriendly. I don't even know how they are still in business. I had money in my pocket ready to spend, but the way they treated me, like a criminal, made me leave after 5 minutes. I'll never go back.

This place is very uninviting. When's u walk in you are greeted by a woman with no personality and lacking any kind of speech skills. After a few seconds in the store, I noticed that the creepy man was starring at me, and not just a look like a representative would, more like 'if I steal anything, I'll see you' kinda look.

So I keep looking around, making conversation with my partner, and noticed the man was still following us, watching our every move. This was making me very uncomfortable! So after noticing the low quality product that was completely over priced, my partner and I take a quick loop around the store, and I decided to leave! Did not know it was legal to have them. Their cages were horrible. I watched one desperately trying to get out and two that were fighting over a weed because they had no food. Decided not to buy anything from this place!

If you love animals, don't go! Just left this place. The woman in the front told me she'd look for a certain t- shirt for me and then just left me standing there while talking with the other employee. Then they told me i wasn't allowed to buy that tshirt because I said the word ! I'm a 5. 8 yr old registered nurse that they asked to leave the store and wouldn't let me purchase a tshirt after making me stand there for ten minutes!!!

I will never return to this rude place ever again!!!!! I understand the no refund/exchange/return policy for certain things, but I am very disheartened by the fact that I was sold a product that good money was paid for, had not been dropped, damaged, or altered in any way, and just stopped working. When talking to one of the employees, we were told . You've been my go- to shop for years, and I'm sad to say I won't be back. The staff is great, but your policy on that is really just awful.
